At this time, we offer Quarterback, Wide Receiver and Speed, Strength and Agility sessions in either Group or Private sessions. We offer, or will offer sessions in multiple locations so make sure you choose the  correct location when booking.

Quarterbacks Coach

Designed for all ages. In our Quarterbacks training sessions, we will cover:

 

  • Proper Arm and Body Mechanics for better throwing power and passing accuracy.

  • Quarterback Footwork, Drops and Pocket Movement.

  • Making Proper Reads

WIDE RECEIVER TRAINING

Coach Cliff Quan

Wide Receivers Coach

Designed for all aspects of playing the wide receiver position starting from the basics including stance, release, catching the football and proper route running. Essential for all levels and age groups.

 

In our Wide Receiver training sessions we will focus mainly on:

 

  • Hand/Eye coordination drills for pass catching with our hands.

  • Proper stance and explosive release.

  • Catching on the run.

  • Breakdowns and proper route running techniques from stem through the top of the route and beyond.

  • Proper route running techniques on all the basic routes.

SPEED, STRENGTH & AGILITY TRAINING

CoachES Cliff AND TIM

Designed for improving all aspects of athletic performance, including speed, strength, agility and endurance. Essential and recommended for all levels and age groups.

 

In our Speed, Strength and Agility training sessions we will focus mainly on:

  • Increasing foot speed.

  • Increase upper and lower body strength.

  • Improve footwork and agility.

  • Improve endurance.

  • Some hand eye coordination football skills .

 

Drills will include:

  • Instruction on proper running technique.

  • Light stretching and upper body strengthening exercises.

  • Lots of footwork and agility drills including ladder drills. These will include forward, lateral and backwards footwork and agility.

  • Light endurance drills.
